About AJR Software

AJR Software was formed in 2019 by Ashley Redman

Ashley is a software developer with over a decade of experience building inclusive, user-focused websites & web applications that prioritise accessibility, performance, and usability without compromising design aesthetic. Over the years, he's developed a deep understanding of how thoughtful design and clean, efficient code can make the web a better place for everyone.

As well as running AJR, Ashley is also employeed at Jisc, a renowned UK based not-for-profit company dedicated to providing software and network services for the education sector.

Having worked across many sectors, he's developed a reputation for his attention to detail — taking the time to understand how each field operates before shaping solutions that are both authentic and effective.
